Each business has different needs and we will work with you to tailor a package that works for your size of business, based on the number of properties and volume of bookings you expect to have.
We charge a one off set up fee, a yearly licence fee per property and a fixed cost booking fee or if you prefer a low commission rate, the choice is yours. .
For clients who already have a SuperControl booking system account and wish to continue using this there would be no set up charge nor yearly licence fee to pay us just a cost per processed booking. .
Whichever cost model you choose you can either absorb the cost per booking or we can pass this to the booker as a one off booking fee, the choice is yours. .

Booking fee: £18 (inc VAT)
Service includes managing the booking via the website, processing guest deposit and sending out confirmation of booking to guest, you and housekeeper (if applicable), sending out final balance reminder a week before it’s due, processing final balance payment and sending out direction, key collection and/or any other arrival information, processing any refundable security deposit post departure (if applicable).
